Darren’s Client Feedback
Brentwood Buyer: I picked Darren to be
our real estate agent because he was the only one to promptly returned my phone
call AND set up a face-to-face coffee meeting, not just a "OK, I'll send
some listings your way". That pretty much sums up who he is as a person
and a real estate agent: straight-forward, efficient, diligent, a great
communicator and very importantly, easy-going.
Hollywood Hills Seller: Darren, you are an
absolute miracle worker. I’m still amazed by the fact that you sold my house in
45 days with multiple offers from international buyers. Other agents tried, but
in the end, you were the one who made me an additional $100,000, which was
above my expectations in a down market and right before the holidays. Selling
this home has been an emotional roller coaster ride and I tremendously
appreciate you for going above and beyond as a friend as well. You made my
dreams come true and now I am able to start the next chapter in my life. Thank
you for never giving up on me and my home.
Silverlake Seller and Belair Buyer: Being an emotional and creative person, I ally myself with level headed thinkers
for a reason: to counterbalance my passions. As I told you, this is one of the
reasons I love my wife so much and one of the many reasons I am married with
her. Little did I know that our real-estate agent would also be such a cool,
reasonable and compassionate thinker and how crucial this would be for us to
manage selling our house and buying another. So, thank you. We are grateful to
know such a good person and to have such a highly competent, smart, kind and
magnanimous real-estate agent working with us.
West LA Buyer: Our working
relationship has been stress-free and I never felt like I was being pushed into
anything - Darren not only accompanied me to but offered his dead honest
opinion on every property we saw (and we saw pretty much every three-bedroom in
West LA and surrounding areas). I really appreciated his patience, timeliness,
respectfulness and knowledge about real estate. The fact that he really loves
what he does shows every time I talk to him. We've successfully purchased a
home - thank you, Darren =)
Los Feliz Seller: Darren is the most
professional realtor I have ever worked with. His pricing strategy was on point
and his marketing approach was impeccable. He provided amazing professional
photography, aggressive print and online advertising, plus diligently hosted open
houses weekly. In a bad economy, when others would have skimped on their
budgets, he pressed on and did more to get my home sold as quickly as possible. I can't thank you enough.
Hollywood Hills Buyer: Thank you for
everything you have done (and we know it’s a lot) to make sure we ended up in
our dream home. Remember you are always welcome here. We are forever grateful.
